To answer the age old question of who to call or where to submit a service request, below is the answer;
Login to your Office365 portal as an administrator
Click the Admin drop down box and select Office 365
On the right-hand side of the screen click the Support menu item
From here you are able to search KB’s and community items, to get past that for more pressing issues on the left-hand side of the screen there is a ‘New Service’ request button (Under Contact Support)
Once clicked fill out the details of the issue using the drop down boxes, being specific to the problem as possible certainly helps you get through to the right person.
However, on this page where you can fill out details – you can also contact technical support via telephone – the left hand side has a button called ‘Call Technical Support’
This will then open a window to select your country or region and this will provide you with the contact number (Toll-free and a Local number).
